Shipping Policy

We process orders between Monday and Friday. All items which we are selling (T-shirt, Hoodie, Sweater, Long sleeve…) have same processing time. Process time is 2-5 days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched. If you have a tracking number sent to your email, you can track your products to see the status or simply email us on [email protected] and we can tell you the status of your order.

Shipping fee is 4.99$/order with all countries around the world.

If you order more than 1 item/order, you don’t need to pay more any addition shipping fee. Shipping fee always is 4.99$/order

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for the update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We provide shipping to all countries around the world. However, there is some locations we are unable to ship to because of war, storm, earthquake…. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All items which we are selling (T-shirt, Hoodie, Sweater, Long sleeve…) have same shipping time

Our order cut-off time is 8 am UTC -8 every weekday.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact to us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

DELIVERY DELAYS

IN THE HOLIDAYS SHIPPING TIME AS HALLOWEEN, CHRISTMAS,…

Have no addition shipping in the holidays as Halloween, Chirstmas… but maybe it may take longer than usual to deliver ( shipping time may be add more 2-8 days)

REFUSE DELIVERY

Please note, should an order shipped to you be returned to us due to either being refused, unclaimed, or because of an incorrect shipping address you had given us, you will be responsible for the 2-way shipping cost of the order and a 15% restocking fee.

 

MISSING

We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to help you file a claim with the shipping company. You must contact us immediately if the shipment was not received within 48 hours of the delivery date shown by the shipping service. All requests must be made within 15 days of the shipment date for any possibility of a claim.

If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood if another home received it by mistake.

The delivery vehicle has GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as “delivered” prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally and will arrive the following day.

If the parcel does not show up (on an infrequent occasion), please call the shipping carrier and file a claim. You can call the UPS, FedEx, or USPS Hotline to file a claim, or you can do it online. Your package comes insured by the USPS, FedEx, or USPS, and they are liable for miss delivered or stolen property in most cases.

EMERGENCY SITUATION

Order delivery can be delayed due to acts of nature: SHOPWADA store shall not be liable and will not issue any refund or credit if an order delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier’s control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters or weather delays.
