Track your order

Processing takes 2–5 business days, then your order ships with tracking. US delivery typically takes 3–9 business days after shipping — the estimated delivery date is shown on each product page. We also ship to 52 other countries: international delivery takes about 7 business days longer than US delivery, and import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery. Quilts and tote bags made by our overseas production partner take 11–25 business days in total; backyard gear from our US warehouse usually arrives in 4–10. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

1. Check your email. When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to your order status page.
2. Sign in to your account. Enter the email you used at checkout — we email you a one-time code and you can see every order and its status.
3. Track with the carrier. Paste your tracking number in the box to see live updates from the carrier.
