Shopwada respects the intellectual property rights of others. We do not knowingly sell products that infringe trademarks, copyrights or rights of publicity, and we remove listings promptly when a valid claim is received.
How to submit a claim
Email payment@shopwada.com with the subject “IP claim” and include:
- Your name, company (if any), postal address, phone and email.
- A description of the work or mark you own, with a registration number or link where available.
- The URL(s) of the Shopwada product page(s) concerned.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We acknowledge claims within 2 business days and normally disable the listing(s) concerned while we review. If you believe a listing was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email with the same details and an explanation.
